President Akufo-Addo launches $1m fund to strengthen Research and Teaching at UG

A one hundred million dollar endowment fund has been launched by the University of Ghana to enhance Academic work. 

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo who launched the fund in Accra said the proceeds will assist the University to provide additional facilities to promote Research and Teachings. 

He challenged tertiary institutions to come up with innovative ways in using research to solve problems in society.
