Make research works relevant to challenges facing Ghana - Professor A Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Vice Chancellor of the Central University, Professor Bill Puplampu, says professional psychologists in the country must make their research and works more relevant to diagnosing and proffering solutions to the political and socio-economic challenges facing the country. He said most of the problems we have in our democracy is caused by human behaviour which is the core study and work of a psychologist. Professionals in this field must therefore dedicate their work to investigating the behaviours of people in key positions of the country and come out with scientific diagnosis and critical solutions to these behaviours. Professor Puplampu was speaking at the 50th anniversary durbar of the Department of Psychology at the University of Ghana, Legon.
