Refurbished Albert Bosomtwi-Sam Fishing Harbour commissioned, more to follow

President Akufo-Addo says there are plans to construct numerous fishing harbours and beach landing sites across the coastal belts. 

He said government has signed a fifteen million US dollar agreement with Chinese for the establishment of the Jamestown Fishing Complex scheduled to begin this year. 

These and other fisheries development projects show the importance government attaches to the sector which provides food, mineral resources, energy and employment.

President Akufo-Addo said this at the inauguration of the Refurbished Sekondi Albert Bosomtwi-Sam Fishing harbour at Sekondi in the Western Region.
