Newly launched coordinated economic development programme will create fiscal space to grow Ghana’s economy The Minister of Planning, Professor George Gyan-Baffour has explained that government's Co-ordinated Programme of Economic and Social Development Policies will create the fiscal space needed to grow the economy. The eight-year project will also allow for industraliazation by adding value to the country's raw material processing.
