Lack of national vision said to be hampering development 

Governance Expert, Professor Emmanuel Osei Asiamah says policies and programmes under the 4th Republic have not gone too well. 

He noted that governments over the years are faced with challenges because there is no national vision or agenda in place. 

He said as a result, successive governments have failed to follow a continuum, where policies and programmes of previous governments are followed through.
