Sierra Leone presidential polls: NEC to recount from 72 stations ballots 

Sierra Leone’s elections body, the National Electoral Commission (NEC) says it is set to undertake a further recount of votes at 72 polling stations. 

The Commission says it also hopes to declare final results later today (March 13), in the March 7 Presidential election.

In a statement, the NEC stressed that no votes has been cancelled so far. 

The number of stations to be recounted comes up to 154 out of 11,122 stations across the country.
