Iran plane crash: Search continues for missing Aseman Airlines jet The wreckage of a plane that crashed in Iran yesterday has been found. The Aseman Airlines passenger plane came down in the Zagros Mountains yesterday. Sixty passengers, two security guards, two flight attendants and the pilot and co-pilot are feared to have been killed. Heavy wind and snow forced search and rescue teams to call off their search late yesterday but resumed the today. The plane was travelling from Tehran to the south-western city of Yasuj. Iran's civil aviation organisation said the crashed plane was 25 years old.
