President Akufo-Addo said Ghana's Free SHS policy launched in September last year was to ensure that all Ghanaian children attain a minimum of senior high school education. This he stressed will create an educated workforce to accelerate the process of development. He recommended that all African countries adopt the policy of free compulsory education from Kindergarten to Senior High School.
