Crack the whip on drivers who flout road safety regulations  

A Road Safety Consultant, Dr. Godfred Akyea Darkwa, has urged government to crack the whip on drivers who do not adhere to road safety regulations. 

In an interview with GBC's Radio Ghana, Dr. Darkwa said most road accidents are due to human error and called for intensification of road safety education as well as investment in technology to prosecute road traffic offenders.  

This Dr. Darkwa said, would reduce road accidents.
