President Akufo Addo says Proposed creation of new regions is not to score political points

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has indicated that the proposed creation of new regions in key areas of the country should not be seen as a move to score political points but to improve the process of governance. 

He said government wants to ensure that every region benefits from the national kitty. 

President Akufo-Addo made these remarks when the Chiefs of the Konkomba Communities across the country led by the Regent of Saboba paid a courtesy call on him at the Flagstaff House.
