Ghana Revenue Authority issue a garnishment notice to Danicom Group

The Ghana Revenue Authority has issued a garnishment notice to Danicom Group, owners of Allied Oil Company Limited to revert to the GRA all outstanding monies it owes Ace Facade, Contractors it hired to undertake a building project.

Addressing newsmen during a distress action to clamp down on tax defaulters in Accra. A Chief Revenue Officer of the Authority, Rev John Yaw Buabeng said the construction firm, Ace Facade whose owners and managers are suspected to be at large is liable for tax debt of more than five million Ghana Cedis over a period of two years.
