The Daily Graphic commends the Ghana Water Company, GWCL, for introducing the e-billing system. The Paper said apart from the advantages of receiving one's bill in good time, the e-billing system also allows customers to pay bills from the comfort of their homes using mobile money transactions to avoid bills pilling up. The Graphic said although the system has started in Greater Accra, Central, Western and Ashanti Regions not all residents in these areas are receiving their bills electronically and for which reason they still receive their bills only manually. The Daily Graphic is therefore urging all customers to avail the GWCL of their customer details to enable this system to be fully carried through.

The Ghanaian Times urges Ghana and Cote d'Ivoire to maintain the brotherly ties between the two countries. The paper says both countries have tribes that are related to each other hence, must not allow political and economic differences mar their relationship. The paper lauds the two leaders of the countries for the successful meeting and commends President Alassane Ouattara for his commitment to maintain the good relations between the two countries as demonstrated by previous leaders. The paper hopes that the visit would deepen the bond and make the two countries stronger.

The Daily Heritage calls on government to be sensitive to the call of Agricultural Trainee Students and restore their training allowances. The allowances of the Agricultural Science Students were abolished in 2013 by the erstwhile NDC government. The paper believes that the allowance serves as a good incentive to attract many students into the field and supports students from poor homes. The Heritage sees the Kwadaso Agric College of Kumasi students' boycott of lectures as unfortunate. The Heritage describes the trainees as the future of agriculture and must be supported to put in their best.
