One of Liberia's main parties calls for halt to election results One of Liberia's leading Political Parties has called for the halt in announcing the results of Tuesday's Presidential Elections, citing irregularities in the voting process. The Liberia Party, whose candidate Charles Brumskine was considered to take over from President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, says it will consider taking legal actions if the National Elections Commission does not act on its demands. The National Chairman of the party, Benjamin Sanvee however did not give any specific evidence of voter fraud and it was unclear what kind of activity could have altered Tuesday's vote.
