Ghana risks increased breast cancer cases- WHO The World Health Organisation has warned of increased cancer cases in Ghana in the coming years if more emphasis is not placed on early detection and treatment. Currently, breast cancer has been identified as the lead cancer for women and the second leading cause of female cancer deaths globally with more than four thousand cases recorded annually.
