Police to invite ex-robber over ‘illicit arms supply’ allegation The Ghana Police Service has begun investigation into alleged statement made by one Agya Yaw Yeboah, an ex-robber to the effect that he knows top government officials behind illicit arms supplied to robbers. The purported reformed armed robber who spoke on Kofi TV and same been published on an online portal claims that he knows the people behind the supply of arms to armed robbers. The police in a statement signed by Director/Public Affairs, DSP Sheilla Kessie Abayie-Buckman on Monday said it has monitored the statement and are in the process of inviting the said Agya Yaw Yeboah to assist in the investigation.
