Court adjourns Lawyer Sosu`s case to August 11 The Court of Appeal has adjourned the case involving the suspended Human Rights Lawyer Francis Xavier Sosu to the 11th of next month for commencement. This was after the plaintiff had filed two separate suits at the court. The trial judge Justice Henry Anthony Coffie asked the plaintiff to consolidate the suit. Francis Xavier Sosu, a Private Legal Practitioner is fighting the General Legal Council over his three year suspension. The lawyer has dragged the Council before the court seeking to overturn the verdict of the Council. GBCONLINE
