Unemployed allied health workers picket at Ministry of Health 

Unemployed Allied Health Professionals and Health Assistant Clinical nurses have returned to picket the Ministry of Health to demand their immediate posting. 

They told GBC’s Radio Ghana their action is due to the Ministry’s failure to engage them.

They called off a similar action two weeks ago when they were promised they will be posted.  

Last night some of the nurses slept at the premises of the Ministry while another batch joined them this morning (May 23), to press home their demands.
