Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu marks 67th birthday 

The Asantehene, Otumfour Osei Tutu is 67 years today (May 6). Otumfour ascended the throne in 1999 and serves as the political and spiritual head of the Asante people.  

The Asantehene who recently mourned his mother in a grand burial ceremony is one of the most celebrated kings in Africa.
