Poor leadership blamed for Africa’s underdevelopment 

Former Vice Chancellor of the University of Professional Studies, Professor Joshua Alabi says Africa's underdevelopment is as a result of poor leadership. 

He said Africa needs leaders with  problem solving skills who can place the interest of  their people first ahead of personal aggrandizement. 

Professor Alabi made these remarks at a Legacy Lecture organised by Young Leaders Ghana, in Accra.
