Ghana, Cote d'Ivoire offer path to growth and regional integration Ghana and Cote d'Ivoire are to enter into a strategic partnership that will encompass all aspects of governance between the two countries. The partnership will also boost the process of integration in West Africa. President Akufo-Addo announced this after a meeting with his Ivorian counterpart, President Alassane Ouattara as part of his visit to that country. He described Cote d'Ivoire as a friend, brother and a committed ally in the collective struggle to bring development and prosperity to its people.
