Motorists cautioned on diversions on Tema Motorway Motorists and pedestrians plying the Tema Motorway have been advised to heed to diversion signs as the Second Phase of construction works on the improvement of the Tema Motorway Roundabout has begun. A statement jointly issued by the Ghana Highway Authority (GHA), the Ministry of Roads and Highways, the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA) and the Meridian Port Services said the next phase of the construction works is expected to last three months.
