At least 3 killed, hundreds displaced as cyclone Enawo batters Madagascar

Tropical cyclone Enawo slammed into Madagascar yesterday, killing three people and displacing hundreds of residents.

The national disaster management agency, in a preliminary report, said 468 people have been displaced in the northeastern district of Maroantsetra, and a landslip there had killed three, including two children, injured six and damaged four schools.
