EC On Course With Time-Table Inspite Of Legal Actions - Dzakpasu

The Director of Communications of the Electoral Commission ,Eric Dzakpasu, says the Commission is on course with its plans and schedules for the December 7, general election.  

Speaking to Radio Ghana on whether or not the threat of court actions would not derail the electoral time table, Mr. Dzakpasu said the Commission is yet to appear in court  to determine whether the process would be affected or not.  

He also told Radio Ghana that the issue of Presidential balloting is yet to be  considered by the Commission.
