Dr. Nduom Hopeful EC Will Reconsider Its Decision To Disqualify Him

The Presidential Candidate of the Progressive Peoples Party (PPP), Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom says he had a healthy discussion with the EC Chairperson and her Deputy last Wednesday for consideration to correct the mistakes on his forms.  

Speaking to Radio Ghana's George Ankrah, Dr. Nduom said the Chairperson told him the decision was not made by her as a person but the Commission. 

Following his disqualification, Dr, Nduom held a press conference last Tuesday, requesting a five-minute meeting with EC Chair, Mrs. Charlotte Osei to address the challenges with his nominations, explaining that the issues with his form are mere administrative lapses.

The commission Wednesday granted Dr. Nduom the five-minutes request.
