Ghana: Use Of Life Jackets

Travel by boat is a major means of commuting at Tapa Abotoase, in the Volta Region. Most inhabitants of the Volta basin depend almost exclusively on lake transportation for their social and economic activity. Over the years, accidents on the lake have increased.
