Small Arms: 47% of civilian weapons are illegal in Ghana

The Chairman of the Small Arms Commission, Brigadier General Francis Agyemfra says 47% of weapons held by civilians in Ghana are illegal.

This was disclosed in a speech at a three day workshop for political parties at Ada.

It was jointly organized by the Small Arms Commission and the Ghana Police Service.
