Abu Ramadan surprised about EC's decision not to delete names of persons who registered with NHIS card

Former Youth Organiser of the PNC, Abu Ramadan says it  surprising for the Electoral Commission to say it will not delete names of persons who registered with the National Health Insurance Card. 

According to Mr. Ramadan,  failure of the EC to implement the ruling of the Supreme Court is a crime. 

Speaking on  Behind the News Mr. Ramadan said he is surprised that the EC which has lawyers would fail to implement the ruling.
