Rainstorm damages Opah MA/JHS school building

The rains on Thursday have caused some damage to the Opah MA/JHS school building in the Ga West District. 

Speaking to Radio Ghana, the Ghana Education Service Circuit Supervisor for Sarpeiman, Paul Kofi Yidu, said although there was no casualty, the windstorm ripped off the roof of a number of rooms. 

Mr. Yidu said the school's PTA has conducted some assessment to evaluate the extent of damage and appealed to NADMO and others to come to their aid.
