European Union to support Ghana’s general election

The European Union has confirmed its participation as observer in this year’s general election. This was made known by the Head of the EU, William Hanna in Accra.

He used the occasion to line up activities for the European week celebration in Ghana.

Mr. Hanna said Ghana is being supported with five million Euros to assist the EC and other stakeholders to play their fundamental roles to ensure free, fair and peaceful polls.
