Supreme Court ruling on voter's register is strange-Bernard Mornah The National Chairman of the PNC, Bernard Mornah, has described the Supreme Court ruling on the voter's register as strange. He said it raises issues about the validity of the election of John Mahama as President in 2012. Mr Mornah also raised issues with judges relying on submissions he made in his application for joinder, which the court refused. Discussing the ruling on Uniiq Breakfast Drive, a lawyer, Godwin Tamakloe, also said there are still thorny issues to deal with since the court did not give a specific time frame within which the order must be carried out by the E.C. On his part, a Deputy General Secretary of the NDC, Koku Anyidoho, said the decision is not a victory for any group of persons or parties. GBC
