Security services to start electronic recruitment process

The Minister for the Interior, Prosper Douglas Bani, has announced that processes are underway to open recruitment for the security services to augment their manpower base.

To ensure transparency, the recruitment process will be based solely on Electronic Recruitment.

The Minister announced this at the Graduation Parade for the Cadet Intake Twelve of the Ghana Fire Service in Accra.

Mr Bani said the computer based selection criteria will enable those who meet the qualification guidelines to get equal opportunity to apply for consideration.

He however cautioned the public not to pay any money to unscrupulous individuals who fraudulently promise to get them recruited into the service.
