Cristiano Ronaldo’s Mother Opens Up On Son’s Future

Cristiano Ronaldo’s mother Maria Dolores dos Santos Aveirohas opened up about her son’s future. The former Manchester United man has been making headlines the past few months over reports linking him with a move out of the Santiago Bernabeu. 

Some media reports have linked him with a move to Paris to join French giants Paris Saint-Germain, while others suggest that he could be on his way back to Old Trafford.

However, his mother has come up with a different version of the story that would excite many Madridistas. 

According to the superstar’s mother, Dolores Aveiro, her son will end his career with the Spanish giants. 

ESPN quotes her mother as saying:

"Cristiano is happy here, he would like to finish his career at [Real Madrid]

"Ronaldo is a person who always wants more. He is like his mother. He has a strong personality, he is very proud and he always demands more. This is his worst defect.’’

Earlier this year, there were reports suggesting that Zinadine Zidane was looking to create a new squad for the 2016/17 season by selling Ronaldo and a host of other superstars. However, following his sudden resurgence in the league and dominance in the Champions League, the chances of Real Madrid selling the on-demand goal-poacher have reduced drastically.
