NCA release Quality of Service Report for February 2016

The National Communication Authority’s (NCA’s) has released its Quality of Service report for February 2016.

The report presents findings from the Quality of Service (QoS) monitoring of cellular mobile voice service in Greater Accra Region during February 2016. 

Based on the findings from the report NCA has notified operators of these findings and has directed all operators to improve their coverage in some localities by June 2016.
