Brazillian President says she will not resign after losing congressional impeachment vote

The Brazilian President Dilma Roussef says she will not resign after losing congressional vote to open impeachment process against her.  

Speaking to the foreign media in the capital Brasillia, President Roussef said she is outraged by the level of attack by her political opponent during the vote in the lower house of Congress on Sunday. 

She insists she is not corrupt.
