JICA undertakes studies to improve Tema Motorway roundabout traffic situation

The Chief Country Representative of Japan International Co-operation Agency, JICA, Koji Makino, says the Agency is undertaking feasibility studies on how to improve on the traffic situation at the roundabout at the end of the Tema Motorway. 

He said the traffic at that intersection is a bottleneck and having a toll on productivity. Speaking to Radio Ghana to mark the 40th Anniversary of JICA- Ghana Co-operation. 

Mr. Makino said, JICA has the expertise to redevelop that intersection  in order to redistribute traffic to the port city.
