Chairman of CPPCC, Yu Zhengsheng on 3-day official visit to Ghana

The chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, (CPPCC), Yu Zhengsheng has arrived in Ghana for a three day official state visit. 

He was met at the airport by the Speaker of Parliament Edward Doe Adjaho. 

From the airport, Chairman Yu Zhengsheng visited the LEKMA Hospital at Teshie in Accra.
 
He was taken on a brief tour of the facility which was built with Chinese assistance and also held audience with a group of ten medical specialists at the hospital from China.
 
He encouraged the doctors to be worthy ambassadors of friendship in the country. 

Speaking to Radio Ghana on the sidelines of the tour, the medical superintendent at the hospital Dr. Juliana Ameh said the corporation with the Chinese medics has been excellent.

The Chairman of CPPCC, Yu Zhengsheng is also scheduled to lay a wreath at the Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum.
