Body of late former NPP Chairman Jake Obetsebi Lamptey received in Accra

NPP bigwigs Tuesday night converged on the Kotoka International Airport to receive the remains of the party’s late Chairman, Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey from the United Kingdom. 

Family members were at the airport to receive the remains at a short ceremony. 

Also present were Former President Kufuor, former Minister of State, Hackman Owusu Agyemang other party stalwarts and sympathizers.

Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey died on March 20 this year in London where he had been receiving medical care. 

He will be laid to rest on Friday, April 22 this year.
