Trial of alleged murderer of J.B. Danquah Adu has been adjourned 

The Accra Magistrate Court has adjourned the trial of the alleged murderer of the Abuakwa North MP, J.B. Danquah Adu to the 19th of this month because his lawyer failed to appear in court today. 

The Magistrate  Stephen Owusu, ordered the prosecution to allow the alleged murderer Daniel Asiedu to mingle freely with his colleagues under security guard. 

The order followed a complaint by the accused Daniel Asiedu that his freedom of movement within the BNI premises had been curtailed. 

The prosecutor Superintendent Francis Baah however explained  that the decision is not to restrain Asiedu but a security measure to protect him following  rumours that he escaped being poisoned  by an unknown person.  S

Superintendent Francis Baah again prayed the court for more time for further investigations.
