Africa's accelerated development requires strategic continental policy direction, Palmer- Buckle

The Catholic Archbishop of Accra, Most Rev Charles Palmer- Buckle, says Africa's accelerated development requires strategic continental policy direction. 

He said without this, all the gains and support from bilateral and multilateral institutions will not be helpful for the continent's growth. 

Most Rev Palmer Buckle was speaking at a lecture in Accra on International Development in sub-saharan Africa organised by PEW Research and IMANI Ghana.
