Democracy begins with exemplary leadership - Dr Fordwo

An expert in Finance and Taxation, Dr. Kwadzo Donkoh Fordwo, says prejudice among politicians should be blamed for the current indiscipline on the country's political front. 

He said democracy begins with exemplary leadership from those who have been given mandates by the people. 

Delivering the 49th J. B. Dankwa Memorial Lectures in Accra, Dr. Fordwor who is also a fellow of the Ghana Academy of Arts and Sciences said Ghana did not come this far by chance but by the hard work and loyalty of people such as J. B Dankwa.  

He said Dr. Dankwa will not be a happy man if he were alive because lies and greed have over shadowed the foundations that were laid for good governance.
