Seven nominees approved for ministerial appointments

Parliament has in a unanimous decision approved seven ministerial nominees referred to the House by President Mahama. 

Presenting the report of the Appointments Committee for approval, the Chairman of the Committee and 1st Deputy Speaker, Ebo Barton-Oduro, said the nominees have demonstrated during the vetting process that they have the required qualification to occupy the positions they have been appointed to head. 

Members of Parliament who contributed to the approval of the nominees touted the credentials of the Ministerial nominees and believed when given the nod they will bring their expertise to bear on the sectors they will be manning.
