Inculcate Local Languages - Bureau of Ghana Languages

Director of the Bureau of Ghana Languages, Peter Essien says there is the need for all to make the national language policy work effectively. 

He said majority of the people do not have access to important information and therefore cannot contribute effectively and meaningfully towards national development. 

Mr Essien noted that the neglect of local languages and culture is a bane to a country’s development.
