The Daily Graphic says the labour scene has witnessed a number of agitations with some sections laying down their tools. According to the paper, the latest to threaten a strike are the three teacher unions, GNAT, NAGRAT and the Concerned Coalition of Teachers. It is the view of the Graphic that dialogue must be the appropriate tool, to be deployed in ironing out the differences between teachers and government. The paper calls for caution in the negotiations, in order not to incur the wrath of parties at the negotiation table.
