New Response Centres For Survivors Of Gender-Based Violence

The Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection in collaboration with United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) has established Response Centres for survivors of Gender Based violence in three selected markets in Accra and Kumasi. 

The Gender Minister, Nana Oye Lithur who stated this in Accra said the Response Centres will Co-ordinate critical services for head porters also known as Kayayie, truck pushers and market women.
