President Mahama expresses shock over JB Dankwa’s death 


President John Dramani Mahama has joined Ghanaians to mourn with the family of the Member of Parliament for Abuakwa North, JB Dankwa Adu, who was killed in the early hours of Tuesday.

“Received news of my friend Hon. J.B. Danquah Adu's murder with shock. My heart goes out to his siblings, Frank etc, his wife & children.” President Mahama tweeted

Mr. Joseph Boakye Danquah, was stabbed to death at his East Legon residence. 

The police say they suspect foul play and have launched forensic investigations into the case.

Reports say the unknown assailants may have used a ladder to enter the MP’s room through his window to execute their plan.

Reacting to the news on his Twitter page, President Mahama said he received the report with “shock.”
