Car bomb attack rocks Syria's Damascus

A car bomb has struck a market in the north of the Syrian capital Damascus, causing casualties. 

Reports say at least eight people have been injured in the attack.

The government of President Bashar al-Assad usually labels the armed opposition as terrorists.
