Sparkling Moment: President Mahama, Nana Addo and Ibn Chambas honoured 

This year's Sparkling Moment was held last night at the banquet hall in Accra. 

Three personalities were honoured at the event for contributing towards ensuring peace in the country.

They are President John Dramani Mahama, Nana Addo Danquah Akufo Addo - 2016 flagbearer of the NPP and the UN representative in West Africa, Dr. Mohammed Ibn Chambas. 

Three political parties later cut the peace cake. The parties were the National Democratic Congress (NDC),the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the Convention People's Party (CPP).  

Sparkling Moments, the brain child of Rev. Dr. Dan Markin, fuses ecstasy in comedy, music, poetry and choreography.

Artistes who featured in the programme included, Bisa K'Dei, Amandzeba Nat Brew, Becca and Kwabena Kwabena.
