Group calling itself Midwife Trainee Nurses Association pickets flagstaff House

Members of a group calling itself Midwife Trainee Nurses Association are picketing the Flagstaff House.

They claim they have not been employed by government since they completed their training two years ago despite signing a bond.

The President of the Association, Emmanuel Ken Yevu, told Radio Ghana that they will remain at Flagstaff House until their concerns are addressed.

There is however heavy security presence around Flagstaff House to maintain law and order.
