Ensuring standards linked to bedrock for development

The Minster of Trade and Industry, Dr Ekow Spio Garbrah says ensuring standards across board is the bedrock for development.

He believes lives will be safe- guarded when standards are strictly adhered to.

At an event to observe World Standards Day, Dr Ekow Spio Garbrah said his ministry will support the Ghana Standards Authority to establish an accreditation laboratory to inspect products and ensure that they meet the requisite international standards.
