Supreme Court Dismisses Suit To Nullify Work Of Constitution Review Implementation Committee The Supreme Court has by a five-two majority dismissed an application by US based Ghanaian Professor, Stephen Kwaku Asare to nullify the work of the constitution review implementation committee. The court presided over by her ladyship Mrs Justice Georgina Wood reserved its reasons for the 29th of this month. Professor Asare in his suit against the state sought for declarations on seven reliefs. One relief was granted in part while another was granted in full. All others were dismissed by the court but Justice Anim Yeboah and Justice Dotse dissented to the position by the majority. GBC
